Spa Appointment Policy

Dear Valued Client

We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to our technicians and my other clients by calling 3 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you cannot make it or reschedule.  Please call as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment so that we may attempt to schedule and service another client.

When you book an appointment at Allure Spa and Nails, that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.  Cancellations within the time stipulated in our cancellation policy will allow us to allocate this space to someone else without it affecting our ability to operate.  Also, please note if you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you.  We allow up to 15 min of grace period to each appointment as we understand circumstances might arise.

Allure Spa and Nails prides ourselves on offering the best of care and services to our client, we ask if you could give us the same grace period of 15 minutes as difficulty might arise with the client before you. No shows or last-minute cancellations can really impact on us all!

+ If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment and fail to give us at least 3 hours notice, we might reserve the right to no longer accept your appointment

+ Less than 3 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment(s) "This charge may be waived at our discretion depending on the situation”.

+ Last minute cancellation or NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service amount.

+ A Cash or card deposit of 50% will be required for any party of 5 or more
